I admit it, I am a sunset lover! I can’t ever get enough of our beautiful Tucson sunsets! I try to make it a daily ritual to watch the sunset. Speaking of real estate… Tucson real estate is looking up for buyers. The market is on an upswing, and inventory levels are down to around six months in many parts of town (a big improvement from last year), making this a more balanced market. There is only about three months left for first time home buyers to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit. You have until November 30, 2009 to close on the home if you qualify for this awesome incentive.
