“We would like to commend Sarah Ley on her performance as our Realtor. We used Sarah on both our house purchase and sale in Tucson.We met Sarah at an open house she was hosting. While that house didn’t meet our needs, she listened carefully to both our”must have”and”nice to have”criteria. She set us up on her website to see MLS activity screened for our needs. We spent three half-day plus sessions looking at many potential options and found several we liked. Our third session was the charm. She laid out a very aggressive list of houses targeted in a smaller area of Tucson. We looked at an incredible number of homes that day and found the one we wanted. With Sarah’s help, we were able to negotiate a good price and closing date.As out of town buyers, we relied heavily on both Sarah’s knowledge of neighborhoods and her network of excellent resources for home inspections, repairs, etc. She provided full service- even standing in for us on the final walk-through before the closing.Sarah also took on the (listing) contract to sell our existing house in a down real estate market. She did market research to establish a realistic offering price and worked with us to modify that price as market conditions changed. She held numerous open houses and invested significantly in advertising to market our property. She worked with us as offers were received, and helped negotiate the final purchase agreement. Again, with us being out of town, she was diligent in working with the buyer’s agent to make sure inspections were completed, and any issues were addressed. Both transactions closed on schedule.
